How to access tickets & save to digital wallet
How to transfer tickets
In the Fanatics Fest Hub, the "Access your Fanatics Fest tickets" page will show all tickets associated with your order.
- Click “Transfer Item.” in the top right corner.
- A pop-up window will appear asking for the email address of the person you are transferring the ticket to.
- This must be the email tied to the recipient’s Fanatics ONE account.
- If they don’t have an account, they can create one for free here.
- Select the ticket(s) you want to transfer, confirm you understand the transfer terms, and click “Transfer.”
- After you submit the transfer, you will receive an email confirmation. Your transfer will stay “Pending” until the recipient you transferred to accepts it. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirming their acceptance.
