For the first time ever, fans will have an in-person qualifier option by visiting select DICK’S House of Sport locations across the country.

Road to Games expands Fanatics Games beyond a single weekend into a national qualifying platform. At each stop, fans will compete in a sport-specific challenge tied to the 2026 competition format, with the top three performers earning a trip to New York City to compete at Fanatics Fest.

Beyond the competition, each event features a free fan tailgate - including free athlete & mascot photo ops, card pack openings & giveaways, and interactive mini games for kids. Explore each Road to Games stop below!

  • 10 throws + 1 Moneyball

  • Hit stationary targets and throw over obstacles

  • 5 throws @ 10 yds (3 pts each)

  • 5 throws @ 20 yds (7 pts each)

  • 1 throw @ 30 yds = Moneyball (14 pts)

  • 60 seconds on the clock

Game Winner Challenge
  • 15 total shots in 90 seconds

  • 5 two-point shots = 2 pts each

  • 10 three-point shots = 3 pts each

  • NBA regulation three-point line

Superstar Entrance
  • 3 judges score your entrance (0–10 each)

  • Judging criteria: performance, crowd reaction, and energy

  • Judges: Peter Rosenberg, Sam Roberts, & Megan Morant

  • 60-second time limit

Striking Challenge
  • 2 punches, highest score counts

  • Score based on power (scale: 0–1000+)

  • Gloves provided and mandatory

Strike out Challenge
  • 10 pitches at strike-zone targets

  • Points awarded for accuracy (not speed)

  • 3 warm-up pitches allowed

Shoot & Score
  • 20 pucks in 2 minutes

  • Dryer = 5 pts

  • Washer = 10 pts

Putting Challenge
  • 5 shots to land on the green

  • 2 warm-up shots

  • Closer to the pin = more points

  • 15 seconds per shot on a par 3 simulator

Ultimate Goal Challenge
  • 11 shots at tiered goal targets in 2 minutes

  • Points increase by placement: 2, 5, or 10 pts

  • Targets do not reset once hit
