We’re making huge improvements to your autograph and photo op experience to ensure smoother lines, better scheduling, and an overall easier, more enjoyable process. Here’s what’s changing:
Bigger Space, Dedicated Hall – 5x the Size!
This year, the entire autograph and photo op experience will take place in a dedicated hall that is 5x larger than last year’s setup. More space = better flow, easier navigation, and less congestion.
Better Line Management – More Controlled Queues
We’re extending and restructuring the lines to keep everything more organized and efficient by introducing dedicated lanes for General Admission, VIP, Platinum VIP, and ADA guest as well as improved staff coordination to keep lines moving at the right pace.
Reworked Talent Schedules – More Availability, Less Overlap
We've reworked talent schedules to ensure they’re available for their full signing windows. This means no more abrupt schedule changes or last-minute swaps, better planning to prevent overcrowding, and a more balanced flow for high-demand signings.
Clear Signage – Never Wonder Where to Go
We're upgrading all signage in the autograph area, making it easier than ever to find your way. Clear displays will show who’s signing where and when, which line you should be in, and whether a session is sold out or still available. Larger digital screens will provide real-time updates, so you never miss key announcements.
Line Capacity
To keep lines moving and reduce crowding, each autograph ticket allows only two adults to wait in line (exceptions for children). Photo ops are also limited to two adults per session, with exceptions for children.
We’re making these changes to give you the best possible experience at Fanatics Fest! From smoother scheduling to better access, we’re focused on making autograph & photo ops more convenient, efficient, and fan-friendly—so you can spend less time waiting and more time meeting your favorite athletes.
Autographs and Photo Ops are sold on a first come on a first-come first-serve basis and are sold until 15 mins before the scheduled photo optime. If sessions are sold out for a certain guest, it will be noted as"Sold Out" on the website and at the venue. This means no moresessions are available for that guest’s session, and no additional sessionswill be released.
Photo ops and Autographs are not included in the purchase of a General Admission (GA) or VIP ticket. These must be purchased separately inaddition to your GA or VIP ticket. Prices and availability for photo ops and autographs will vary depending on the guest. A maximum of 8 items can be purchased per transaction.
Autographs and photo ops can range from $30 - $2000, depending on the guest. Some exceptions may apply. Please visit our Talent page to see pricing ranges for each guest and to see our roster of which guests will be participating in autos and photos.
Fans can purchase up to 8 items total (Autographs or Photo Ops) per transaction. However, you must purchase one autograph for each autograph you wish to obtain. This means you cannot ask for multiple autographs from a guest unless you have purchased the corresponding number of sessions. Autograph prices may vary depending on the item being signed.
Please note: there is a limit placed on the amount of trading cards that can be signed. Only 3 trading cards per customer will be allowed to be autographed.

Each autograph session allows a maximum of two adults to wait in line per autograph ticket, with children welcome to accompany them. Only one autograph is included per ticket purchased. If more than two adults wish to wait in line or if you’d like additional autographs, an extra autograph ticket will be required.
Each Photo Op allows a maximum of two adults per photo, with accompanying children welcome to join. If more than two adults want to be inthe photo, they will need to purchase an additional Photo Op.
Autographs and Photo Ops are sold separately. Purchasing anAutograph does not entitle you to a photo op, and vice versa. You will need to buy both Autographs and Photo Ops individually if you want both an Autograph and a Photo Op with a guest.
Fans will be allowed to bring their own items to be signed for autograph sessions. Items will also be available for purchase on-site at the Fanatics Superstore. Fanatics Fest NYC has the right to turn away or remove inappropriate items or prohibited items. Items with foul language or inappropriate imagery is not permitted. Guests always have the right to refuse to sign any item. Please visit the FAQ page to see our list of prohibited items.
An inscription is a small dedication alongside the autograph e.g. “To my Number 1 Fan”, “Happy Birthday!”, “We’ll always have Paris”, etc. Inscriptions are not included in the price of an autograph and require an additional purchase. Pricing for inscriptions will be listed on the ticketpage, and you must purchase an Autograph to add an inscription.
Yes! Autograph authentication will be provided by JSA and will be available as an add-on at checkout when you purchase your Autograph on the Autograph & Photo Op page.
Each Photo Op includes one physical copy and one digital copy of your photo. The physical copy will be printed and provided to you on-site, while the digital copy will be available for download.
We recommend to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled photo op or autograph session to ensure you have enough time to check in and find the appropriate area.
No, refunds are not available for missed photo op or autograph sessions. It is important to arrive on time as sessions operate on a strict schedule.
If a guest cancels their appearance, you will be notified and options for refunds or exchanges for photo op and autographs will be provided.
Unfortunately, gift-giving is not permitted at Fanatics Fest NYC. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
